Week 6 - Juxtaposition

This week, my lecturer taught about Juxtaposition.
- Juxtaposition means contrast or similarity are shown through comparison. Many creative processes rely on juxtaposition. By juxtaposing two objects or words next to each other, human brain will automatically associate or transfer meaning. Usually ‘turning’ something familiar to something less familiar or vice-versa.

these are few exercises that Mr Radzi Bedu gave us.

First exercise.

In this exercise, we have to choose a number from 00 to 99 for three times. I choose 21, 01 and 88 for the first step. Second step is that we have to match it from left to right. what I get is lighting head,  second is fly head and third is oil wind.

Second exercise.

In this second exercise, we have to make a sentences according to the words that we have matched in the first exercise. Above are the sentences that I have made. After making a sentences, we have to draw it according to the sentences.

Third exercise.

In this exercise, what we have to do is to combine the words into one word. Then we have to draw it. Above are the working that I have done.

Fourth exercise.

How Mergers Go Wrong.
In this exercise mr Radzi Bedu gave us a task to create an animal based on two different categories that is african animals and farm animals which we have to combine them and make it not possible to live. I choose rabbit and piranha.

In this exercise, first, I have to create a passage or writing that describe the concept of 'Love' about 'chili'. Secondly, about 'man and women'. Third is about 'man or women'.
